Dr Joshi received her BS in Neuroscience from UCLA, Doctorate in Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from Creighton University. Dr. Joshi is licensed to practice dentistry in California as well as Florida.  Dr. Joshi received her J.D. degree from the University of LA Verne, College of Law.  She graduated in the top one-third of her class. Dr Joshi has served as a clinical instructor at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) from 2006-2011.

Over the last 22 years, Dr. Joshi has bought and sold multiple successful dental practices in California and Florida.  This experience gives her unique perspectives in the business of dental practices.  As a practicing dentist herself, she understands the unique needs of a dentist and what is necessary to run a successful dental practice.  She also has thorough knowledge of lease agreements and Real Estate Transactions.

Dr Joshi provides legal services for healthcare professionals in Practice purchase and sale agreements, Lease agreements, Real Estate Transactions, Partnership agreements, Corporation formations and Contracts.

Dr. Joshi practices Dentistry and Law full-time.  She is a member of multiple Bar Associations and Dental Associations including CDA and ADA.  She has also served as Chair on various committees.  She is also a student-Pilot.  She has two boys, Rohan and Prem.  In her free time, she loves to travel and spend time with family and friend.
